Thanks for that. Mind you, I've just seen this stainless steel braided pipe which looks the part.

Now I'm using jubilee clips, would they still be able to grip tight enough around this kind of braid and form an effective seal ? :unsure:
This 10mm tube is to big for out Jeeps. I'm sure Alan will correct me if I'm wrong :scratch: but I am fairley sure our pipework is 8mm, 5/16" {long time since I replaced mine} :blink:

I'll take another look at the chopped up one I've got. ;)
