No success with the search function so can anyone tell me if a rear disc brake conversion is viable ?

Thanks

Yes it certainly is, Alan has all round disks so I believe so has Kev, a few other too if my memory serves. I'm sure Alan has some Pictures up on here somewhere. :hello:

Its not that hard a job the back plates are cnc machined, sure there's a drawing on the site and the callipers are off a Suzuki sj,you will also need the back plates the hoses were from listers motor sport
You will need to remove rear wheel remove hub cover in centre remove the cotor pin remove large nut then you will need a puller to remove the drum do not hammer off you will damage the hub take off drum remove back plate 6bolts ,the bolts will need to be 20mm longer to bolt the new back plates on
There's a bit more work but if you get the old off its not too hard to install the rest
