Fuel cap needed!

Post by RayRedd » Sat Apr 07, 2018 6:17 am

In desperate need of a fuel cap!

The temp one just isn't cutting it. Every time I turn right I lose diesel!

Has anyone got one spare, or know which caps off of other vehicles fit?

1994 Indian chief.

Cheers in advance!
Ricky.

In the end I went to my local motofacts store, they ordered a few old transit caps for me to try.

There was nothing on the packaging to indicate age or a part no, but I think it was late 70's and with an extra bit of rubber put on to seal on the top of the fuel tank filler pipe, it fits like a glove

Sorry I can't be of any more help!

Ricky
